We are pleased to offer worldwide service. We have many happy customers in dozens of countries. We will gladly ship your order to nearly any place in the world (except where disallowed by US export restrictions). To simplify things we have instituted flat rate shipping – the more you buy, the more you save!

Most items are available now with FREE economy shipping worldwide! A few products are especially large or heavy, and therefore do not qualify. We also offer expedited 1-3 day delivery by FedEx Express within the US (including AK and HI) if you need your order quickly. During checkout you will be able to choose from the available shipping methods.

Currently we have warehouses in the United States and in China. We also have a few distributors in Australia and Norway. Your order will usually ship from the location closest to you, but items may ship from any location depending on current availability. In any case, we will make every effort to meet the delivery time commitment for the shipping method you select at checkout.

Canadian customers: To streamline delivery to our friends up north, we are now paying all customs fees on your behalf – so you will owe nothing at delivery! We collect GST (and PST when applicable) at checkout and pay them on your behalf. After that, you will owe nothing – your order will be delivered to you fully customs-cleared with no duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. This is our promise to you.
