220V/110V 1500W Step-Down Transformer

This versatile transformer will make it possible for you to operate any standard 120V appliance from a single phase 240V source. Useful for converting voltage of different countries. Works great in conjunction with our J1772 to NEMA 5-15 adapter to power 120V appliances from EV charging stations. As with all transformers, the continuous rating is about half of the maximum rating. It can handle up to 1500 watts for only 15 minutes, but the continuous rating is 800 watts. So for continuous applications such as powering an ebike charger or scooter charger for example, please check that your device will not exceed about 800 watts.
