This adapter lets you connect your EV charger having a NEMA 14-50 plug, to any L8-30 receptacle. Note, the wiring of this adapter cannot support RV use as there is no neutral wire – this is for EV charging only. CAUTION: NEMA L8-30 outlets are usually on 480V circuits – so please make certain that your outlet’s voltage does not exceed your EV charger’s rating, as most chargers are only rated to 250V.
