Returns are welcomed within 30 days from delivery of your order. For regularly stocked items, just send the item back for a full refund minus shipping. For custom items that are made-to-order, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee. If you wish to exchange your order for a different item of similar or greater value, we can generally provide a prepaid return label or compensate you for return shipping when that is not possible. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.

Every item we sell is covered by our industry-leading 3-year warranty. If any defects appear, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. In the event the item has been discontinued and is unrepairable, you will be offered a new, comparable item of equivalent value. If it has been more than 30 days, and the item is not working as it should be, this is a warranty issue and will be covered under the terms of our 3 year warranty. Please contact us for troubleshooting first, but if you don’t receive a response please fill out this form and just mention that it’s a warranty issue and we’ll help.
